Complex keyboard layout based on the principles of U.S. Extended, but with a much larger scope. Via dead keys you may get almost all the characters defined as 'Latin', also Combining Diacritical Marks, IPA, various symbols and punctuation.

System Requirements
PPC, Mac OS X 10.2 or later. For fully using the capabilities of Combining Diacritical Marks, large fonts like Alphabetum, Gentium or TITUS are required (also Lucida Grande is OK). Mail.app, TextEdit, Nisus Writer Express, Mellel etc. are typical applications to be used with this keylayout.
